Sustainable Return Policy

At ZboxStudio, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. As a zero-waste brand, each item is made on demand, specifically for you. This means that we minimize waste by creating products only when they are ordered.

Return Eligibility:

Given the nature of our production process, we encourage you to carefully check our size chart and product details before placing your order. Returns are challenging for us to process, but we understand that sometimes issues arise. Here’s how we handle returns:

  • Size Concerns: If you experience a genuine sizing issue, please reach out to us at info@zboxstudio.com or through our Instagram. We will evaluate the situation, and if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags, we may be able to offer a size exchange based on availability.

  • Quality Concerns: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us immediately, and we will arrange for an exchange or a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.

Exchanges:

Due to our made-on-demand model, exchanges for a different size or product are only available in cases of genuine sizing issues or defects. We highly recommend double-checking your measurements with our size chart to avoid any inconvenience.

Non-Returnable Items:

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition with tags attached.

Refunds:

Refunds are offered only in cases where a return or exchange has been approved. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
